Export /Import Product & its images with Csv File in magento

Export Product

1)Export File Go to System -> Import/Export ->Export

2)Select Products

3) Skip Attributes label which we are not required , Always remember or check in attributes.

Go to Catalog ->Attribute ->Manage Attributes & check all attributes & manage attributes which are required or not according to your requirement

4)After skipping attribute label. Click On Continue.

5)Now we have exported product file

6 )Now Manage this csv file

7) Delete  Not required fields .

Import Product data

1)Manage Csv file which you have already export . Delete notrequired fields & remember Simple product enter first then configurable  manage file according to requirement.

2) Go to System ->Import/Export  ->Import

3)Select Replace existing if you want to replace exist product  otherwise append product

4)upload File & then check data

5)Click on import product.

Note : After Importing product  Re-index data & clear cache From Go to System->Index Management

& System->Cache management

Import Product images

1)      Create import folder under media folder & upload product images

2)      Make CSV file for images now  for sku,image, small_image, thumbnail

3)Go to System -> Import/Export ->DataflowProfiles

4)Go to Import All Products

5)

6)Select Original Magento Attribute No  & Field mapping for sku , image, small_image,thumbnail

7) Go to upload profile  & upload image csv

8) then save& Continue edit

9)Now Click on Run Profile & select File & Run Profile in PopUp

Note : After Importing product  Re-index data & clear cache From Go to System->Index Management

& System->Cache management .

For more than 1 images repeat row & image name
