How to resolve error Warning: CURL extension needs to be loaded for OpenCart to work!

To Resolve This Error Warning: CURL extension needs to be loaded for OpenCart to work!
Click to  wamp  icon  then follow these steps..

wampmanager -> PHP -> PHP Extensions -> php_curl 
tick the php_curl. & Restart wamp server
but when try to install opencart it still red message:

Hello, I don't how much time do you have with the problem or if you solved it... but you have to create de php.ini file in the apache bin directory, did you do it in this way?
